Have you ever wondered about who you are and why you act the way you do? The goal of Smozy is to help you answer these questions. We will guide you through the different stages of your life to help you evolve in the direction you want.

Discover new things about yourself. Through self-analysis, you will be able to set the goals needed to create the life you want.

Smozy contains a set of tools that can help you in your everyday life. The tools are designed to be easily accessible and give their benefits fast when you need them. Their primary purpose is stress relief.

- Tools:

◁ Breathing
The benefit of breathing exercises cant be underestimated. You have access to an animated breathing guide that you have full control over; adjust the inhale, exhale, and the hold time.

The breathing guide is available in different parts of the app.

◁ Meditation
You can practice traditional meditations or try one of the focus meditations in Smozy. You have the option to use the breathing guide if desired.

The focus modes use the device as a focus tool to help you meditate by focusing on the sensation of pressing your finger against the screen. The alarm will go off if the timer reaches zero or you lift your finger.

Use the mode as a thinking tool to unleash your creativity by picking zero minutes. You will get the calmness to think without the distraction of an alarm or falling asleep. The moment you drift off, your grip loosens, and the alarm will sound. You will be ready to continue what you have been doing, without the risk of the grogginess a short nap can cause.

◁ Overcome
Overcome is a place you go into with the intent to release negativity, an outlet for anger and frustration. The psychological effect of destroying the text can be therapeutic. Write it down instead of saying or doing something you will regret.

Use it to get over things that troubles you. Write about those negative feelings, then read your text and delete it. By doing this, you mentally discard the thoughts as well.

You have the option to write a script before recording. By preparing for different scenarios, you could help yourself in the future.

Experiencing your past self wishing you well, encouraging and calming yourself could be beneficial.

You can activate the breathing guide for additional support.

◁ Notes
In notes you will work on the steps program, but we also encourage you to keep a journal here to get into the habit of self-reflection. You can activate a light theme while writing.

◁ Vision board
You can make collages in different categories, to help you visualize goals, inspire you, or influence your mood.

You can create a board about the things you want to buy, the vacation you strive for, or pictures that lift your spirit.

◁ Drawing
You have the option to create pixel art. Color your own pictures. Draw with the vibrating brush, which gives you the option to change the size of the whole drawing. Make every drawn line a new color.

A place where you can distract your mind for a few minutes to get some stress relief.
